“Elegance Furniture Ltd. signed a grant agreement under procedure BG16RFOP002-2.012 “LAG – Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin “Improving the production capacity in SMEs on the territory of LAG – Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin” within the Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 for the implementation of the project entitled:
“Improvement of the production capacity of Elegance Furniture Ltd”.
The total value of the project is 293 987.44 BGN.
The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (BGN 174 922.53) and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria (BGN 30 868.68).
The main objective of the project is to improve the production processes in the enterprise of Elegance Furniture Ltd. by introducing high-tech and advanced production equipment from the thematic area “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies” of the Intelligent Specialization Information System. In order to achieve this goal, the purchase of modern high-performance equipment, incl. Automatic wide belt sander, as well as Screw oil compressor with inverter, complete with refrigeration dryer and receiver.
The main expected results of the project can be summarized as follows:
– increase and improve the company’s productivity by 45.33%;
– increase in production cost efficiency by 16.41%;
– increase in the Company’s market share in its target domestic and foreign markets and in particular increase in export revenues by 28.34%;
– increasing the quality of the furniture produced and shortening the production time;
– creation of two new jobs;
– Significant reduction of heavy unattractive labour in the enterprise;
– energy savings per unit of production – up to 20%.
